Just like everything else in life, a company changes over time. We have changed a LOT over the years, and with those changes we have updated our Brand to reflect those changes. We used to be a simple waterproofing company offering just French Drains and sump pumps. Then over time we realized the water on the floor was only part of the problem, so we evolved into providing superior Basement Health solutions - and we changed our name to match. Then we took another step and realized that health is important, but so is safety. That is when we got into Basement Egress and Structural repair. Now that we have entrenched ourselves as the areas Premiere Provider in those areas, we have changed our name again to reflect the strength of our position in the market.
An important note to understand is that these brand updates are name changes only. They are NOT changes in the corporate structure. A common ploy in our industry is to close up shop under one name, and open up the next day under a new name to avoid warranty exposure. That is NOT how we operate at Worthington. We honor any and all warranties for any work done under any of our brands.
