Peace of Mind Proposal Reviews

Get an HONEST 2nd opinion before signing a contract!

Unsure who is right, who is honest, and who is trying to scam me. In need of an honesty 2nd opinion for my foundation repair contract.

Sure, you know a bit about some areas of our house….but others areas you just don’t know much about.   How can you be certain that the really friendly sales guy at your table is being honest, and is selling you what you REALLY need?!  We’ve all been there.  We’ve all second guessed ourselves when signing that contract.  Hoping and praying that we don’t end up as one of those dreaded contractor horror stories.

To help you avoid having any Buyer’s Remorse, I am offering a PEACE OF MIND PROPOSAL REVIEW service.  For a reduced fee of $99 (normally $149),  I will sit with you over a 30 minute zoom call and review your situation, any proposals you have received, and I will give you a fair and honest opinion of the proposals.   This service is open to anyone NATIONWIDE!

*DISCLAIMER:  I offer this service only for Foundation Waterproofing, Basement Egress (window, bulkhead, or walkout), and Basement or Crawlspace Structural Repair (Piering, Underpinning, Carbon Fiber, etc).  I do not offer this service for Slab on Grade construction.

If the property in question is within our service area, then our fee is waived!

Before considering signing up for this service, you should be asking yourself “Who is this guy and why should I trust HIS opinion?”.   That is an excellent question.  Let me take a moment to introduce myself.

My name is Sean Worthington.  Owner of Worthington Foundation Authority in Plymouth Meeting, PA.   My family has been waterproofing basements in our area for 65 years and 3 Generations!   I am the first person in the US to become TRIPLE CERTIFIED by the Basement Health Association (BHA).   I have also been a BHA Board member for the past decade, and am the current President and Event Committee Chair.  Why should this matter to you?

The BHA is the PREMIERE National Trade Association for Basement Waterproofers,  Basement Egress, and Foundation Repair Contractors.  This is the organization that drives education and innovation in our field.  Being an active member puts me front and center to stay on top of best practices, emerging technology, and innovative approaches to serve our customers better.  Being active in the BHA also allows me to develop close relationships with the manufacturers who make the products that are used in your home.   When everything goes right, these relationships are not necessary.  But when something goes wrong, it is those relationships that allow you to cut through the tape and get to a solution as quickly as possible.   As a BHA member, I am also bound by our Code of Ethics to not be derogatory towards my competitors.  Not that I need the Code of Ethics to make me do that, but it gives you a little more assurance that even if you come to me with a competitor’s quote, I will be fair and honest in my assessment.
